Return Process

  Log in to your Honeybalm account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are secure to prevent leakage during transit, and include your printed return slip.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
